So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

You need to do it from the desktop site. 

Its under More, then My Orders. Top right of the screen.

Ah. Thanks to psychoham, you can only see the orders but from a desktop, it's missing from the app and the mobile Site!

Anyway, found mine, says in progress. Which I guess is what it's said since I ordered!

seems interesting that Three have confirmed stock for all sizes and colours bar jet black for Sept 16th.

 

O2, once again, are absolutely useless with their communication - I had all this crap two years ago with the 6 Plus. Took 18 days to arrive (ordered 12th @14:00ish) received 30th @ 10:00.

 

Ordered my 7 Plus 256GB in Black around 11:00 on the 9th - let's see how this one plays out.

 

Only stayed with O2 because they're actually offering the best value. Three, EE and Vodafone have rip off tariffs and up front costs.

That delivery won't be happening. Just another example of how poorly this is being handled by o2.
