So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

Might be worth starting a table who ordered what, when and when they got their phones.... might help to try and work out when people are likely to get their devices and whats not be delivered.

I dont actually believe that anyone at O2 cares or understands. Empty words and empty promises.
I ordered a Jet Black 256gb on 9th before 9am, and despite many promises and many lies, i still haven't received my phone. I go away on holiday tomorrow and therefore have just cancelled the order and will cancel my 15 year relationship with O2 when i return. Speaking to customer services, not once did they ask, why i wanted to cancel the order, or try to change my mind. Just did it and gave me full details of how to cancel contract with no questions asked. Gobsmacked!!
If i was you Toby, i'd be working for another company.
