Delivery expectations for iPhone 7?

So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

I've had pretty much every response listed in this thread from o2, ready for tomorrow, dispatched tomorrow, out of stock, no info available.

I 'upgraded' to a 7 plus in black 256gb on Friday, no info in the emails on when to expect it. Official story is up to two weeks from the 9th.

To add insult to injury I don't believe I saved any money at all by upgarding over signing up as a new customer.

They've also just spammed me saying im now eligible to upgrade to a 6S.

Time will tell but so far there has been some textbook misinformation and false promises.

Next time I'll be the guy in the tent outside of Apple.

I hope they prove me wrong tomorrow but I've become more deflated as the week has gone by, sad i know but I think we are all in the same boat, the 7 & 7 plus look fantastic and I want mine tomorrow!!!

I got a text from UK Mail today at 11.00am stating mine will be delivered tomorrow. Only ordered on Tuesday 13th. iPhone 7 black 256GB.

It seems to me that anyone who has ordered an i phone 7 on release day have recieved tracking and will recieve it tommorow. But anyone who has ordered an 7+ are totally in the dark still.

i reckon we will be waiting for a while for our 7+ orders. I ordered the 7+ 256gb black at 08:50 on the 9th and only got emails to say it is in progress; it still says that now on myo2!! but if i remember from previous launches you get emails in the evening; my experience anyway.
