You can't get to my orders on mobile. I don't always have a laptop on me, so I sent myself a link via email to the my orders page and bookmarked it that's working on mobile for me.

EDIT: I can't help with a link, you have to be signed into your account on a laptop to do this.

Impressive how my order status has been "in progress" since I ordered on the 9th. Not only that but their silly little default messages on the "How to track my order" page says they have been in contact with those affected by the iPhone "shortage". I've not had any contact since my confirmation email on the 9th.

I have ordered the type of 7 + that was in the least demand too! iPhone 7 Plus 256gb Silver. Everyone was ordering the black ones and not many people I've seen ordering the biggest size.

I have 0 idea of when I can, or can not expect, the phone. What a joke!

The o2 in the UK Twitter account replied to my message with this

"Hi there. Keep an eye on your order status on MyO2: o2.co.uk/myo2 Once the status changes to 'complete', it's on the way. You'll also get an email to confirm delivery details at the same time."

In case that clears up exactly what "in progress" means to anyone. I ordered on the 9th, it's been in progress ever since. So they never had any intention of sending out a handset to me if "complete" means they're sending it.

I wonder if they ever thought of only taking money for the amount of handsets they were recieving. It would have saved their poor customer service reps from a big headache.

Ah yes, the age old excuse of "we didn't receive as many as expected". The only way that can be the case is Apple or O2 messed up, which means someone should be responsible. There is no such thing as "oops we don't have enough" because it wouldn't be an issue if people weren't selling and promising more than they had/we're getting. Unless someone lost the keys to the magic iPhone 7 warehouse.

As I said to the Twitter reps. It's not your fault as customer service reps, because customer service jobs suck. Sometimes stock answers are no use to anyone though and the company should be arming its staff with more precise details.

Hope some of you get your phones soon. I'll just stick to waiting around.

@Toby

Please do us all a favour and try to find out when o2 are expecting a delivery iPhone 7 Plus into their warehouse. At least then we will know when some of us can expect them.

I'm in the boat of no updates, nothing apart from my original confirmation email. Currently being in 'In Progress' limbo with no information apart from 'keep checking' is not good enough.

So called up O2 CS to cancel my order. They said can't cancel until I get the phone! So I'm I'm now taken hostage by O2.

Said "in progress" means it's on its way and I'll get it latest by Monday. Sound like porkies to me.
