The data plan for my Apple Watch which exists alongside my phone plan is not working.
I could see o2 as an option however when I tried to connect using my the watch app on my iPhone I am advised ‘ this is not an option’. I then decided to set up a new plan from scratch, when I do, I am being redirected to a o2 webpage and advised ‘oops something went wrong, error code 04’
Has anyone experience something similar? I’ve updated the software for both the phone and watch
It usually means an existing plan is still running.
