How much is a screen repair for an XR as it’s cracked on the facial recognition screen.

You can contact o2 customer services who will arrange for a repair, but I can't imagine it would be cheap @Kenwilkins

Have you tried asking Apple? Or have you got phone insurance with a bank account?
