i HAVE WFI IN MY CAR WILL THIS BE THE SAME AS USING AT HOME

It won't be broadband in your car.
You will need a sim to provide the data.

I assume you mean one of those cigarette WiFi sticks, provided you have a valid sim installed with either data or Credit you will get online.
