So I've heard very conflicting stories about this but just wanted to see some opinions, I ordered the iPhone 13 yesterday at 11:35am, I got emailed all of the documents for example T&C'S, legal documents, and pre credit contract, following an email saying

' Thanks for your order its now full steam ahead at our end we'll process your order as quick as we can so it will be in your hands before you know it.'

also when I opted for same day click and collect when I got the email saying they received my order collection date then went to 18/05.

Now I just assumed that it was all fine until I spoke to an online advisor who told me i was still due to undergo a credit check so I was confused as I received this documents yesterday?

It could still be cancelled even though you have received those documents.

Best thing is to call O2 not rely on chat.

Contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
