Charges in USA

I have been charged for calls i made through facetime/wifi, my call roaming wass off the entire time i was in the USA, I was also charged for texts also made through facetime/wifi.

Please refund these charges.

How did you disable call roaming, on an iphone you can only disable data roaming, to stop call / sms charges the iphone needs to be in airplane mode then enable wifi.

You can only disable data roaming on the handset.
It doesn't stop calls or texts from working.
