Changing from a Samsung to an iPhone

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, until today I have been using a Samsung Galaxy s7 but today I received an iPhone 7 that is unlocked. So I put my o2 sim in and all is fine apart from my mobile data not working. All mobile data, apn, username etc are correct so is it a case that I need to call o2 to tell them I'm now using an iPhone and not a Samsung?

Thanks in advance 😊

Yes, you need a different data apn for an iphone,
If you call cs they will switch it for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
