Capping of contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a contract in my name but is not used by me, I am the bill payer. I would like to cap this contract so that the amount does not go over the contract cost of £36. Can you help?

You may be better going for a tariff with unlimited minutes and texts. Data will stop anyway once the allowance has been reached so they can't go over on that.

Hi @Anonymous
Unfortunately O2 do not offer capped contracts.
Other networks do, so if it's vital to you, you may want to look at moving.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

But you may also be liable for any termination fees
