Hi,
I've flown to Poland yesterday and although my iPhone 4S has picked up the local T-Mobile signal, I am not connected to the Internet. I've had a similar problem last year when I went to Switzerland. I've got Clellular data on, Available 3G is on and data roaming on. The Web Chat told me the O2 phone is incompatible with the T-Mobile signal and I should reset the network.
Can you please give me any advice?

Adamtemp64, many thanks for the research work. According to the mobileworldlive.com it appears that O2 does not have any roaming partners in Poland. Thanks also to associate Bambino: O2 travel ensures lower charges as set out by the new EU regulations, but these should be available to all customers without signing up for extra services.
Clearly, mobile phones have come a long way, but when it comes to International connections, we're still stuck in the Middle Ages as regards to service usability and cost. I can see why a lot of people don't dare use their mobile phones when travelling abroad. There will probably a hefty O2 charge for trying to roam when I get back home!

To back up adamtemp64.
O2 also support Data on all the Polish networks it has a Roaming agreement with and Data works on both 2G and 3G.
I would ring o2 and check on the Data bar like adamtemp64 has mentioned.
I would also ask for O2 Travel to be put on as well as this does give you 25mb for £2 per day to use. (Please note that the times are base on UK times when abroad)
