I was just wondering if O2, would be able to back up my old iphone 5, and transfer the data to the new iphone 6 instore? My computer has done a dying swan act, and don't think I'll have it sorted before I get my new phone. I have loads of music and apps that I really don't want to loose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No they won't.

You could try the Apple store to use their Instore macs

Or login to a friends PC, download iTunes and authorise that PC to access your iTunes library. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420

Or if you backed up to iCloud use that back up.

Cheers for the advice, was going to do the iCloud back up. Does it save everything though including music and apps? Sure I read somewhere it doesn't back up everything on your phone.

From recent threads on here, no, iCloud doesn't back up everything. Just from the last 30 days I believe?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
