I’ve had an iPhone with o2 under a month, and the earphones provided have shown signs of damage in just a few uses and become unusable. Is this covered under any warranty, or is it a case of tough luck? The cable was so brittle it’s snapped, which is a shame because the audio quality and most importantly the in line microphone was exactly what I needed. I just feel a little let down that it lasted such little time.

@Harby

The quality of apple earphones and charging cables is not good.

I've lost count of the number I've had to buy to replace them.

You could try customer service to see if they will help but otherwise get new ones from Amazon.

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
