Apple releases iOS 7.0.2 fixing Lock screen vulnerability

Released iOS 7.0.2 (build 11A501) as an over-the-air update for the supported iPhone, iPod touch and iPad devices.
This software update has fixed bugs that could let users bypass your Lock screen passcode.

In fairness though, security bugs like this are not exclusive to iPhone.

It should have been picked up in beta testing, the betas have been around for a while.
Of course it may have been picked up on but held back until the official rollout just to embarrass Apple, but Apple have been quick to rollout the fix.

Absolutely not. Android suffers much worse but doesn't get the press that Apple does.
Makes the Android folks think their OS is bullet proof 😛
( I use both btw, both have pro's and cons )
