Hi,I can’t receive calls on my apple cellular Watch when I’m away from My Apple x phone,can make calls ok,any idea how to fix this?

yes done that.As i say i can ring out but if someone rings me and i havent got my phone with me the caller just gets voicemail (i have tried this with the phone off)

If your phone isn’t directly connected to the watch It will only take calls/texts if it’s on the same Wi-fi network or connected via cellular. It could be that you are on the same Wi-fi network when the phone is around or connected via BT. When you are away from your phone have you stopped up and seen if it is connected to cellular? The signal icon goes green?

Thanks everyone,sorted now, had to go into 02 shop and reset the watch and reactivate the cellular data,now it’s seems fine.
