I’m trying to set up my new watch (series 4) but can’t set up mobile data. It says there’s an error and tells me to call 202 quoting reference code 15 - tried calling them but apparently none of the departments that can help are open and I’ve been told to wait until the Covid restrictions are lifted. Both watch and phone (XR) are up to date - does anybody have any suggestions? I bought the watch specifically for the cellular aspect because of restrictions at work. Thanks

I've also got a simialr issue with a new apple watch that arrived today.

Whilst I have been fopped off multiple times y call centre staff, one thing I've noticed is the number against which the watch is linked to, the phone IMEI data is out of date.

My account / number in my02 still refers to an old handset that was upgraded / replaced last summer.

I think had I still been in posession of my old hand set, then it wuld have worked?

No I have everything in working order and have a brand new contract Apple 11 pro max and now the series 5 watch and mine isn’t working still. Just says error 15 and to call them. I’m still getting thing through I just need to be in range of my phone. Which is not ideal
