I have an Apple Watch Series 8 and not long ago switched to 02. The mobile data plan for my watch just does not work and keeps disconnecting. I spoke to someone at 02 support yesterday and he told me to try and reset my watch. I did that and then disconnected it from my iPhone and re-paired it as a new watch and kept the data plan. It worked as long as I was around the house and in the garden, but as soon as I walked away from the house where my phone was not located the plan just disappeared, with absolutely nothing.
What is the deal with this? Thinking of leaving 02 if they don't sort this out.
