Hello all, hope some one can help
i am trying to use the phone app to add a cellular plan to an Apple Watch that I have used on other network providers. I have been through the forms and tried all of the suggestions, but no joy. I still get either
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 15

There is an issue between Apple and o2 which is causing issues activating the Lisa isnt on shift, but have you actually called 202 ?? As they should be able to help?

yes I should have mentioned that have called 202 on a number of occasions, but no luck…
