Hello eceryone. Yesterday I started a new pay monthly contract with unlimited data. I'm using a new 5G O2 sim in a 4G apple iphone 11. It seams to be working fine but O2 told me that I should, have a 4G SIM until I decide to get a 5G device because the SIM might not work propley? What dose this mean as it is working great.

It will work fine, there's no need for a 4g sim at all.

Because they rarely know what they are talking about @ASA1
Their crib sheet will say the phone is 4g so they assume that you need a 4g sim.

So the 5G SIM will be OK? Would a 4G SIM work better in a 4G device or is there no difference?

As I said, it will work fine, there's no need for a 4g sim in your phone at all.
There's no difference as all sims are backwards compatible.
