Just purchased myself an apple watch with the promotion that once purchased i have the chance to purchase Air pods for £20. It says i should receive a message confirming if i want this to be the case, however it has been a few days now and no message has been sent.  Does any one know how long it takes before getting the message or should i start calling customer services?

It is normally between 14 and 30 days to get the SMS, as this when you are no longer able to return the apple watch aka the change of mind period
