Hi Moods.

Congratulations on the purchase of a shiny new S4.

Easiest way to get your stuff accross is to download Easy Phone Sync on your computer (just google it).

  • Get your S4 set up with your Gmail account so you can access the Play Store, once there download the same app for your phone "Easy Phone Sync".

  • Make a fresh backup of your iPhone in iTunes.

  • Open Easy Phone Sync on your phone and computer and follow the on screen instructions on your phone, then the computer.

Voila - iPhone to Android as easy as that.

Things that CAN be transfered over:

Contacts

Messages

Camera Roll

iTunes music library

Things that WILL NOT be transfered over:

Apps - different platforms have a different structure and therefor can not be mingled with members other species, just head back to the Play Store and search for your apps, chances are they are there, or if not there are some great alternatives.

Synced Pictures - just drag and drop onto your S4.

There may be more (I may have missed some off the list), if you find there is something that did transfer over or something that didn'tlet me know so I can amend these instructions.

Again, enjoy your new phone and give me a shout if you need any more help.

Hello,

I wanted to confirm whether "Easy Phone Sync" would work with Mac as well? Because samsung switch does not work with Mac as yet so I'm stuck with no data on my new S4.
