texts NOT working - stressed!

Samsung Ace Purple.
I once asked request to bar incoming and outgoing calls, Im profoundly deaf and find it no use for me at all so wished to use sent and receive texts only. Then texts stopped working, I requested to un bar again to get texts working... now its day 2 my texts NOT working Im frustrated and panicking without it! I can receive texts but mobile wont send ANY texts... help!!! before i goes into meltdown!! Im a freelance i need this. Many thanks.
