I SENT A TEXT TO FRIENDS AND IT SAYS IT FAILED BUT THE PERSON I SENT IT TO HAS GOT THE TEXT WHY HAS THIS HAPPEND.

Common issue with O2 as they don't support standard sms delivery reports.

Add *0# to the start of your text for an accurate report.
