It's on the coming soon page but I think you will need to call O2 to check if there is availability on P&G.

I suppose there's always that possibility, but I would imagine the cost of the phone would be pretty high on PAYG.

If it were to be available on PAYG the O2 price probably wouldn't be far off that.

See how much they will be offering it for when it's released and then compare prices elsewhere, if you really want that phone.

Best bet is to buy it SIM free on Amazon or elsewhere online and use your PAYG SIM in it.
