I'm really astonished on how a big company like O2 has no care about their customer or alternatively, does not have a clue on how to manage an online.
Saturday morning I bought a sony xperia Z3 compact, to be delivered on monday.
Saturday evening I had a text saying they finished the stock, new arrival date will be sent by text.
But the phone was still for sale, with delivery date on Monday
and again on Sunday, still for sale, delivery on Monday
and again now, Monday evening, still for sale, delivery on Tuesday.
Either O2 does not care to keep what they promise (delivery time), either O2 did not design the online shop to be in contact with the store department in order to give the correct information regarding availability of the phones and the time of delivery.
Either case, it's ridiculous!

Same old story, this has happened to so many people over the last 12 months, with money taken immediately and no concerns that it could be days or even weeks before the phone is finally despatched to the customer.

Its about time they invested in a live stock website.... Though they would probably lose customers if they told the truth

This is just one of the reasons that I wouldn't buy a phone from O2 online.....

I always go Into my local store & upgrade as I know I have a better chance there of purchasing the phone I want that is likely to be in stock
I honestly can't see why they can't 'step up tp the plate' nowadays. I bought a S5 from Expansys a couple of months ago for a family member. After all the negative stories here I was dubious about promised delivery.
Ordered one day at 9.30am......it was here the following day by 1pm.
