ive just change to o2 from giffgaff and carnt use my data

It's been off all this time, I'm on my laptop with the phone in front of me. Even with wifi off still doesn't show any data connection. I've got good coverage also.

Have you got a green dot to the right hand side of the O2 mobile web apn?
Also, check you are using the letter o and not a zero when typing o2?

This might sound like a silly question but is the phone either locked to o2 or sim free / unlocked?

If locked to another network could this be the issue @MI5
