ive just change to o2 from giffgaff and carnt use my data

I just change on O2 and I've got Samsung S3 as well, and i did the set up manually as you said, but still it doesn't work. Any suggestion ?

Make sure you have data turned on too.

Define not working please?
ie is there a G, E, H, H+ etc showing at the top of the phone or not?

There is nothing at the top of the phone. And the data is enabled.

Are you connected to wifi at the moment? If so the phone would not show any of the gsm data symbols.

In order to advise what data network you are on you need to turn wifi off for a minute or two please then let us know what data network you are on.
