Why can i not log into samaung link on S5?

Found the app but says this phone is not compatible?

One of the reasons I went for the S5 was it will link with My Samsung tab what a disappointment!

What are you trying to access ?

Can you post the link.

Can you access it in wifi but not mobile data for example.

There does not seem to be samsang link on the phone i have an account and use it on my Note 10.1

What software version are you running?

Find Samsung Apps in the apps menu and open that. If you don't have Samsung Links on the phone you can download it through there.
