Hi my phone when it reaches 0% won't charge from the Samsung charger it will only take charge via powershare, I have to get it to about 5% and then it will take charge via the charger. Is it faulty or is something basic I am missing?

Have you tried a different cable or charger?

It might be worth speaking direct to Samsung as well, as it could be a faulty device https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
