pixel 6 pro Call Screening on o2

hey all, 

I am new to o2 and shocked that I can't see the call screen menu when the o2 sim card is inserted.

is call screening available on o2? on the 6 pro? cause I cant seem to find it. It is available on 3. I literally just checked now. I know there is talk of google disabling it, but i do have it on my 3.

does it have anything to do with my original phone number being attached to google? cause in the settings > about phone, it is saying the number is unknown, i have not ported it over yet.

Think you might need to get hold of customers services or the sales team and see if they can help you

I had a Pixel 6 Pro via O2 upgrade and the call screening option was there... when the incoming call notification popped up it had a button for Call Screen if I remember correctly.
