Galaxy note 20 ultra SM-N985F/DS

Given a new phone (birthday present) using it on an O2 sim only deal. I cant get it to update any settings past July 2020 and yes I am pretty computer literate. Tried smart switch, software update etc any help would be appreciated !!

Virus

Hi my phone was infected with a virus so 02 informed me they were blocking my outward text messages and to remedy this I needed to do a factory restore, I have done this but my text messages are still blocked. Does anyone know how to remedy this.

lost phone

I have dual sim which initially were both in my phone, however i put one of the sims into another phone (huawei) and that one has been lost. Is it all possible to track the phone with just the number? Thank you
