hi any one any ideas have a galaxynote 3 brilliant been totally happyfor no reason tonight the screen died nowater contact was using it and next time i went to use it screen was totally dead not been dropped notwater contact trien=d a factoryreset triend reboot nothing any ideas

do not know if still under warenty it is a contract fone and contract is still active and still paying on fone from o2
