If still in warranty - Sammy may be more expensive than phone is worth, if not....

do not know if still under warenty it is a contract fone and contract is still active and still paying on fone from o2

If you bought from Carphone Warehouse or phones 4 u . Take to them. They send off for you. 2 year gaureentee on all samsung
