Hi everytime I try to set up my webmail account I get the message couldn't open connection to server any ideas how to get round this please?

Yep, your answer is the same as I would have given O2 smtp needs port 25 and SSL should NOT be ticked.

Usually as a result of incorrect settings. What email are you trying to set up?

Right sorted this went into apps and cleared data and cache on email setting tried logging in again and changed the smtp port to 25 from 110 and it connected hope this can help anyone else with the same problem.
