Can anyone tell me how to get back into my phone pls. I have a pattern lock on it and my little boy has treid to gain entry and locked me out of it and now I can't get in. It asks me for my username and password but none of my usual one work. Is there an O2 one you set up when you take the phone or a standard one anyone knows of pls?

It needs your Google email address and password - The one you sign into Google play etc on the phone.

You must have a Google account - It's what runs the whole phone....
How do you download apps...?
It's your @gmail.com email also....
