hi everyone, wondered if anyone could tell why i have lost my internet connection, my home internet is working but im not very savvy when it comes to tecnical stuff and i think i might have turned of something or changed something on my phone by mistake, I have a samsung galaxys11, can you please help. thank you christina

It sounds like you were previously using your home wi-fi and have turned the wi-fi off on the phone.

 

 

  1. From the homescreen press the 'Menu' key.
  2. Press 'Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Wireless and Networks'.
  4. Press the Wi-Fi checkbox to turn Wi-Fi on.
  5. It should reconnect automatically.
