Hi,
Why do I have to tell O2 my salary, with payslips, when I buy a new eSIM connection? I've had an existing connection with O2 for the last 3yr?

I'd find that difficult. Been retired 18 years.
Did a credit check on me last April but that was via the credit agencies.

It depends on what risk score you have, or if there is a mismatch, and like all credit providers they can ask for information relating to affordability
