Hi all just tried to place an order for a iphone 5c with no upfront payment got to checkout filled in my address put my card details in and it then said we could not verify your account details? What should i do

Seems your not alone tonight.

A few have experienced issues.

Either call O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG For help.
Or

Maybe go into your local O2 shop to upgrade.

Be warned. Do not try to purchase online again for this order as I presume they do credit checks and this will show to your detriment.

If you got as far as getting an order number (which I doubt) you could take this with you when you go instore
