When I go to www.o2.co.uk/m- when do I type in mobile number and pin?

Why do the photo's not go straight to 'phone like a normal message does?

If you're a new customer ask O2 to check that MMS is provisioned properly on your account.

Sometimes if they turn it off for a while then restart it that can fix it.

It sounds like you need the MMS settings installing on your phone or if you have them already turn on your cell data. Text "Active" to 2020 to get the settings and save what you get sent back.

Restart the phone and try sending an MMS to yourself.
