Joined O2 this week. My Galaxy J3 2016 is unable to download the Priority App. Although the software is up to date it's not good enough for the app. How do I generate a Priority Pass for O2 gigs ?....which was the main attraction for joining.

Have you tried rebooting the phone, then attempting to download the app?
