When you are in range of your wifi just click on connect then enter your password (correctly, case sensitive etc) and click OK. Wifi will then always connect when in range. For cell data try testing the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings that you get sent back.

Need to know what you have done and how you are trying to connect and to what?

Sometimes trying to find the fault is a bit like hunting for a needle in a hay stack. I'd suggest restoreing the handset back to factory default and seeing if that fixes it for you. However, make sure you do a back up for it.
