Hi,

Is their a settings in your phone that would let you reset all settings ?

Have you tried a reset.

Soft reset first.

Press and hold the ‘Volume Up' key and the ‘Power' key, and count to five

Wait for your device to vibrate

As soon as you feel the vibration, release the keys

Your device should reboot as normal

If no joy look at a hard reset but make a back up first.

Help Link.

Last resort would be to approach Sony Support

Or ask o2 to send the phone away to be looked at.

I hope you resolve the issue and not have to go down this avenue.

Do you mean an led on the phone flashing, or the screen flashing?
