Yes I remember you saying in the past that a hard reset is not Connected to the phones modem so possibly won't help.

That's why I was asking mate.

I got another sim today ..on my phone it has 2g&3g auto or 3g only .the guy in the 02 shop told me that a reset may bring up 4g ..I wonderd if I done back up and reset would I lose photos and numbers ??? Cheers DAVE.

Yes you will loose everything, hence the reason for me posting the backup link.
Didn't you have trouble with getting 4G on your phone before and we discovered it was on old EE firmware?
