In store or online ?.
With my last contract I was given a loyalty discount ( £1 per month) for the duration of the agreement, however now that I wish to upgrade I find that sales staff seem only to be able to offer the basic contract. I have yet to find someone who will confirm a discount for either Hewden (my employer) or Unite the Union of which I am a member. I have been told that if I contact customer services I may get a better deal as they ( customer services) can authorise any discounts that are available.

Call 202 and choose the option to leave. If they offer you nothing then choose a network that will. Absolutely nothing for loyalty these days.
