charger not working

I received my brand new Samsung galaxy s6 on Monday.And now the charger has stopped working I have tried different charger and this works the cable is fine that works with my laptop.will O2 send a replacement.

Call them again as it should be covered by the warranty as far as I'm aware.

2 week later and finally I have my new charger but not from O2 who sent me out just a basic charger.And when I asked for the fast charger that came with the S6 they seemed to think this did not exist.So I contacted Samsung directly and got the correct charger sent out.Poor from O2.

As we aways advise on here, far better to deal with the manufacturer (Samsung) in this case.
