Hi

I have recently switched over to a o2 sim from a virgin one as part of my new deal with virgin.

The problem i have got now is that i cannot access my cctv cameras which are wired up to my reolink nvr when i am away from home over the o2 network.

I can access my indoor wifi camera with no problem.

Has anybody got any ideas on this?

Thanks

It is known that O2 block some ports used by CCTV systems so you'll need to change the ports used in your NVR.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No idea which ones are blocked but I use Port 8000 on my Hikvision
