Resolved! S5 missing new features

Hi, installed lollipop today and noticed that lots of features seem to be missing. Can't see a way to enable guest mode, there is no icon after pulling down the menu. No flashlight, no facial recognition to unlock phone! Am I missing something????

not receiving texts from one number

HiIm not receiving texts from my mums number, I can whatsapp her, she receives my texts and I can phone her, but not the texts. I've been into settings when on messages and I havent blocked her, anyone have any ideas?
