I have had this phone for around 1 year and it has never really been right
It rejects the sim card and also cuts signal
Took it into the local 02 shop in the trafford centre and they stated it was a common problem with this phone and they have now stop supply it (unless requested) due to it being a bad phone
This morning got an email stating they wont fix it as it is not covered with the warranty
This phone cost £500 and I am paying over £45 a month,
I have been a loyal o2 customer for over 7 years
I have been trying to call the number all morning to see why it is not covered by the warranty and no one is answering
Well o2 I think my 7 years loyalty is now over, I am going ot lok at going with someone else
Thnaks for nothing

I would strongly suggest going to lg direct for this.
Advise them of the situation with O2 and see how they advise in regards to its known fault.

Thank you for your replies
I think that might be the best option
I am really dissapointed
The email simply stated
"Sorry, but the problem with your phone isn't covered by the warranty. But we'll give you a repair quote. Just call the shop on 0161 747 0076."
Not much to go on really and I have searched for warranty online and cannot find anything that I can look at
The phone has been really well looked after, it is my husbands phone and he barely uses it, plays games and sends the odd text message
It is so annoying

Hi @Anonymous
Is this the same phone that was blocked back in September. I think it was stolen and you got it replaced?

No luck with LG repair until they know why it is not covered with the warranty
Cannot find out that information until someone answers the phone at o2
