O2 just gave me a wrong unlock code ! Is this possible ?

So it's not an unlock you need at all then.
If your new sim is asking for a puk you need to get it off your new network.
If you've entered it wrong too many times it will lock out so you need a new sim, from your new provider!

Nobody knows how to unlock it .. o2 shop  sent me to samsung shop and they said i need to go back to o2 ..it s like a circle !

the phone is asking for puk number ..but i already transfered my o2 number to another provider and they haven t got the puk number for the old o2 number....they think this is the problem
