Wireless Ear Bud Headphones for £1

I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S23 Ultra on 27th June, part of the deal was that if i upgraded by early July i could get some wireless ear bud headphones for £1. When i went through the upgrade it said i would receive a message within 30 days with a code to purchase them but i am yet to receive that code and its now 45 days since the upgrade. Can you tell me when this will happen please?
